The workshop dedicated to the evolutions
From 3pm, 10 companies worked with us on the 2017 evolutions
We asked them to list the strong points of WAY-Plan, according to them, and the developments they would like to see addressed in 2017.
The main strengths identified were:
- The availability of the support people and the quality of their service
- The ergonomics and ease of use
- The speed of use
Concerning the points to improve, we have planned to work throughout the year with the users present to work on :
- The construction of a new version of Mobilimo
- Improve the communication around the evolutions
- Fare entry interfaces that are easier to handle
- …and maybe even a customer application that could be released this year ….
The WAY-Meet evening
From 6:30 pm, other user companies joined us to spend a convivial moment, meet the WAY-Plan team and exchange (words and business cards).
We hope you enjoyed this initiative, we will surely repeat the experience for a second meeting in the fall..
