Since a few weeks, WAY-Plan users benefit from a new home page !
This page is composed of a very complete dashboard which includes all the information needed by the managers of passenger transport companies:
- The missions recorded by period and the statistics of missions recorded month by month and over the year.
- Files requiring action: to be processed, to be followed up, to be invoiced
- Invoices and overdue payments.
It also highlights the reservation requests to be processed , made via the customer area, the WAY-Plan form or via the company’s website if the gateway with WAY-Plan has been set up.
To make our support service more fluid, we have added :
- the availability of WAY-Plan consultants and their direct contact details.
- wAY-Plan documentation to download online
This dashboard makes it easy to track the activity of each WAY-Plan user.
