This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which WAY-D, a mobile application developed by WAYNIUM SAS, RCS 451320253, located at 34 rue des Fossés Saint Bernard, 75005 Paris, France (hereinafter referred to as “WAYNIUM”, “we”, “us” or “our”), collects, uses, stores and shares the personal data of users of the WAY-D application (hereinafter referred to as “users”).
The users of the WAY-D application are exclusively drivers in collaboration with companies in the passenger transport sector, companies having subscribed to an access contract to the WAY-Plan software published by the company WAYNIUM SAS.
A unique identification code number allows the driver to connect to the WAY-D mobile application, and to be put in touch with the companies already working with him.
WAYNIUM refrains from using the data of users of the WAY-D Application for commercial or advertising purposes.
User data is saved for the exclusive use of companies having a collaborative relationship with drivers using the WAY-D application, on the one hand to manage the schedules of missions requested by their customers, and on the other hand guarantee the follow-up of the transport services provided to these same customers.
The list of data kept for the operation previously described is as follows:
WAY-D users have the option of uploading images or photos for the exclusive purpose of carrying out their transport assignments, and while these are in progress. By uploading images, users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations concerning image rights and the protection of personal data of the individuals featured in the photos.
The only purpose of uploaded images is to be transmitted to the company working with the driver, in the context of the transport assignments entrusted to him. WAYNIUM is not responsible for the content of images uploaded by users, and users assume full legal responsibility for any content they upload to the application. Users must ensure that they have the necessary rights to upload and share such images, and where applicable that they obtain the appropriate consent from the persons featured in the photos.
WAYNIUM reserves the right to remove any content that violates copyright, privacy or any other applicable law, without notice and at its sole discretion. Users understand and agree that WAYNIUM may need to share these images with the appropriate authorities in the event of a claim or dispute regarding their content.
The geolocation function is not activated by default.. The user can deactivate his geolocation at any time by opening the « Geolocation » page accessible from the menu of the WAY-D application.

The data collected by WAY-D is accessible only by authorized WAYNIUM personnel, as part of their duties related to the management of the application and associated services. Under no circumstances will data be shared outside the company, except in cases provided for by law or with the explicit consent of the user.
WAYNIUM undertakes to take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the data collected from unauthorised access, disclosure or misuse. Data is stored securely on protected servers located in secure data centres.
WAYNIUM does not share users’ personal data with third parties outside the framework of the company, except in cases provided for by law or with the user’s explicit consent.

WAYNIUM reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and users will be notified of any significant changes through in-app notifications.
