It is with pleasure that I come back to you to share our feelings about the LIMO VTC software.
What are your general impressions of the software?
o Quality of the available functionalities and the induced work processes
o Pleasant to use on a daily basis ?

The software is very simple and intuitive. With its colorful interface, it is easy to juggle between the folders.
The “statistics” tab is very useful to see the current status of the activity as well as the turnover/driver which allows us to see the performance of each one. The “duplicate” or “return mission” function is a good example of the software’s efficiency.
The schedule allows us to have a quick view of the missions according to the requested criteria (“from … to …”, driver X…). This feature is a real plus that we use on a daily basis!
As for VISUALIMO, I must admit that we don’t use it at all. Access to the schedule seems to be enough for us.
Invoicing and follow-up of collections: It took us some time to get used to the due date system, which we now find obvious for following up on customer collections.
Are you satisfied with the assistance and the service of our teams ?
The LIMO teams are efficient and reactive. At the slightest question, I get an answer within a few hours. Even if I prefer email, it is also possible to reach them by phone and Skype for a more instantaneous answer.
Would you recommend Limo to your colleagues ?
We would recommend Limo for its ease of use, its ergonomics and its customized assistance.
